(KTNC) - Falls City Recreation will hold its 14th annual pancake feed this Sunday in the Falls City High School Commons. For a free will donation, you can enjoy a meal of pancakes, sausage, and a drink, with serving from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The pancake feed is one of two main fundraisers annually that support Falls City Recreation programs. It takes over $30,000 to run those programs, which consist of girls’ softball and boys’ baseball leagues, a t-ball league, swim team, Red Cross swim lessons, spring soccer program, and a fall boys’ flag football league.
More than 1,300 youth participated in Falls City Recreation programs last year.
If you're unable to attend Sunday’s pancake feed, but are interested in making a donation to Falls City Recreation, can drop donations off, or mail them to, F-and-M Bank in Falls City.
