(KLZA) Richardson County Bank & Trust Company is accepting applications for their Centennial Scholarships. Applications have been mailed to the attention of the guidance counselor at each high school in Richardson County.
The Centennial Scholarship program was established in 1980 when the bank observed its 100th anniversary.
Each scholarship is worth $1,400 and is available to graduating seniors from Falls City High, Sacred Heart or HTRS, planning to continue their education at an accredited four-year college or university beginning in the fall of 2013.
One scholarship will be for a student in the field of business and the other will be for a student majoring in agriculture.
