(KNZA)--Add one more moment of national recognition for Centralia resident Bob Fisher and his free throw shooting skills, as his expertise will be featured on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” next week.
Fisher voices his excitement both for the opportunity to appear on the classic late night talk show, as well as for the fact that, appearing that same night, will be former NBA player, and current NBA analyst, Charles Barkley.
Fisher says it's planned that he will be interviewed by Leno, and then show off his Guinness Book of World Records recognized free throw shooting skills.
Fisher's “Tonight Show” appearance is planned to be broadcast on the night of February 12th, with the show seen on local NBC affiliates beginning at 10:35.
Described as a “shooting guru,” Fisher holds 14 Guinness World Records, including 2-thousand-371 free throws made in an hour.
Although Fisher enjoys showing his skills, and teaching them to area youth, he is far from the professional world of basketball, having worked 24-years for the Department of Agriculture.
