( KMZA )- There’s a new face on the Nemaha County ( Ks) Commission.
New 3rd District commissioner Dennis Henry took his seat on the commission Monday after he and the other county officials elected last November were sworn in.
Henry defeated incumbent Mark Wessel in a three-way race last November.
The commission last week appointed 1st District commissioner Gary Scoby as chairman for 2013 and 2nd district commissioner Tim Burdiek as vice-chairman
After some discussion about the county’s EMS service radio’s, the commission was informed that Con Olson is taking another position with Tech’s Inc. and will not be the Seneca EMS Service Manager.
Dave Rethman, who has just received his paramedic’s accreditation will be the new Seneca EMS Service Manager.
