(KLZA) 27 year old Ryan C. Bennett of Verdon appeared in Richardson County Court Monday in two separate cases.
In the first case a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 6th on a Class IV felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
In the second case Bennett is charged with a class III felony count of theft by unlawful taking, more than $1,500. A preliminary hearing is also scheduled for February 6th in this case in Richardson County Court.
