48 Year Old Woman Found Dead in Nebraska City Neighbors Back Yard
(KLZA) An autopsy has been scheduled on the body of a 48-year-old Nebraska City woman that was found in a neighbor's backyard.
County Attorney David Partsch says the woman appears to have died of natural causes but he'll know more after the autopsy, which is scheduled for later Thursday morning.
Partsch says the woman was clothed when she was found by the neighbor's dog around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. He says the woman hadn't been reported missing, although she didn't live alone in her home on the south side of the city in southeast Nebraska.
He declined to release the woman's name.
