( KNZA )-Longtime Highland City Clerk Bill Butrick is retiring.
An open house will be held Friday afternoon from 2 to 4 at the Highland City Hall on his last day of work as city clerk.
The public is invited to attend.
Butrick has served in the position since July 1991.
