(KLZA) 51 year old Roger W. Price of Rulo was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for the District of Nebraska. An indictment is a charging document containing counts that are accusations.
Price is charged with failure to register as a Sex Offender in the State of Nebraska from on or about August 31, 2012, through October 23rd, 2012.
The maximum penalty for this count includes imprisonment of 10 years, a fine of $250,000, a term of supervised release for life and a special assessment.
Price was arrested at a Rulo residence October 23rd by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force, with assistance from the Richardson County Sheriff’s Department.
