(KMZA)--Few details have yet been made public regarding the arrest of a Wheaton, Kansas man by the Nemaha County Sheriff's office this week, but it's likely more will be revealed as the investigation moves forward.
Taken into custody Wednesday was 39-year-old Brian S. Thiemann, who faces a charge of criminal discharge of a Firearm.
The Sheriff's department has not yet stated where it happened, or exactly what the circumstances were surrounding Thiemann's alleged crime. However, it has been confirmed that the discharge of the firearm was not random, but there's no word regarding any intended victims of the shooting, and no injuries are reported.
The Sheriff's office states that the investigation is continuing.
