( KNZA )--A jury trial has been set for a White Cloud man accused of molesting a male child under the age of 14.
49-year-old David Cisneros pleaded “ not guilty” Wednesday in Doniphan County District Court to a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
The trial was scheduled for January 3-4th.
Cisneros was arrested last January.
He remains in the Doniphan County Jail on $100,000 bond.
