(KNZA)--An early Friday morning house fire in Circleville sends rescue crews rushing to the scene and the family who lived there displaced.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says the report that the home was filled with smoke was received just minutes after 5:00, with the Holton and Circleville Fire Department's responding to the scene.
Following the early morning battle with the fire, crews were called back to the home around 10:30 Friday morning following another report of smoke.
No injuries are reported, with the occupants able to escape from the residence.
However, the Claycamp family, including Holton/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jamie Claycamp, is now staying at an area hotel.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
