( KNZA )--A 49-year-old White Cloud man will stand trial on a child sex charge.
David Cisneros was bound over to Doniphan County District Court on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a male child under the age of 14 following his preliminary hearing last week.
Arraignment was set for October 24th before District Judge Jim Patton.
Cisneros was arrested last January.
He remains in the Doniphan County Jail on $100,000 bond.
