( KMZA )-- A Topeka man has entered into a plea agreement in a Nemaha County child sex case.
22-year-old Kaleb Harrison-Barr recently pleaded no contest in Nemaha County District Court to one count of aggravated sexual battery.
In exchange for the plea, a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child was dismissed.
Sentencing was set for October 25th.
Harrison-Barr was arrested in April on a Nemaha County warrant for alleged offenses against a child or children in the Goff area.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $100,000 bond.
