( KMZA )--Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville will celebrate completion of its newly remodeled South Plaza by hosting an open house and Marysville Chamber of Commerce mixer this ( Wednesday ) evening ( Sept. 19th ) from 5 to 7.
The public is invited to come and tour the new facility, visit with hospital staff members about CMH programs and services located in the South Plaza building. Refreshments will be served.
The old hospital originally housed patient rooms, a chapel and an emergency room.
Both exterior and interior work on the uilding was done to replicate the architectural design of the main hospital.
The South Plaza houses occupational, physical and speech therapy services, sleep lab, dialysis clinic, offices, a spacious conference room, staff training room, and housing for students/staff.
Hospital staff who work in the South Plaza will be available this evening to “meet & greet” the public and answer questions.
