Alvarez had been charged in Brown County with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and no drug tax stamp.
She was arrested July 16th after a traffic stop south of Sabetha on U.S. 75 lead to the seizure of about 11 pounds of suspected meth.
Hill says Alvarez remains in the Brown County Jail awaiting pickup by the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
