( KMZA )--A Frankfort banker has been elected as the new chairman-elect of the Community Bankers Association of Kansas.
Jay Kennedy, president and CEO of First National Bank in Frankfort, was elected to the position during the Association’s recent 34th annual convention in Branson, Missouri.
Kennedy will serve until August 2013.
The Community Bankers Association of Kansas is a business association representing exclusively the interests of community banks in Kansas. It’s members are locally owned and operated banks in towns across Kansas.
