(KLZA) A scrap tire clean-up event is scheduled in Nemaha County, Nebraska.
The clean-up is open to all Nemaha County residents. The event will take place on two dates. Saturday, August 18th and Saturday, August 25th. The collection site will be at 1619 27th Street in Auburn. Hours will be from 8 a-m until noon both days.
Tires must be removed from rims. The Nemaha County, Nebraska Commissioners and Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality are sponsoring the scrap tire collection event.
