(KAIR) -- No injuries are reported after an explosion at the Iatan One Power Plant in Platte County around 9:30 this morning.
That’s according to Kansas City Power and Light Company Spokeswoman Katie McDonald.
She also confirms that all employees have been accounted for as well.
McDonald says it didn’t even disrupt plant operations.

McDonald says KCP&L, the owners of the plant, has launched a full investigation and says they may not know the cause for days or weeks.
