( KLZA ) The Auburn, Nebraska Police Department have three people in custody and have recovered more than $2,500 worth of stolen items following a rash of overnight vehicle break-in’s, residential thefts and residential burglaries.
Police Chief Kris Baker says 18 year old Preston Lee of Auburn, a 15 year old rural Peru male and a 14 year old Watson, Missouri male were arrested.
As of early this morning, as a result of these arrests, Auburn Police were still in the process of recovering more suspected stolen property from various locations.
Auburn residents who awoke to find that a vehicle or home was broken into are asked to call the Auburn Police Department at 402-274-4977 and make a report. It is probably that items stolen have been recovered.
