( KNZA )--The Doniphan County Fair begins Monday at the fairgrounds in Troy.

Six girls are competing this year for 4-H Princess. They include Brianna Justice with the Bendena 4-H Club; Gentry Duncan with the Doniphan Star 4-H Club; Bailee Lackey with the Highland Clover Patch 4-H Club; Rachel Lemke with the Midway Meadowlarks; Alysa Anderson with the Sunflower 4-H Club; and Cheyenne Blanton, representing the Troy Triangle 4-H Club.
Four boys are competing this year for 4-H Prince. They include Jon Boyle, with the Doniphan Star 4-H Club; Carter Jenson, representing the Highland Clover Patch 4-H Club; Jacob Smith with the Sunflower 4-H Club; and Kevin Davis, representing the Troy Triangle 4-H Club.
The crowning of the prince and princess will take place Monday evening at 6 o’clock.
