Proposed USD 115 Budget Calls for Mill Levy Increase
( KMZA )--The Nemaha Central USD 115 board of education has approved for publication a proposed 2012-2013 budget of $11.2 million that calls for a more than 2.3 mill property tax levy increase.
The budget approved for publication Monday evening contains an estimated tax rate of 38.978, with the amount of tax to be levied at more than 2.3 million dollars.
The board will consider adoption of the budget following a public hearing at their August 13th meeting.
In other business, Gary Niehues was re-elected board president and Owen Zinke was re-elected vice president for the 2012-2013 school year.
