( KNZA ) - Authorities say alcohol was a contributing factor in a single-vehicle roll-over accident Sunday near the Potawatomi Indian Reservation in Jackson County that left one person dead.
Tribal Police said Wednesday that officers were called to 198th Road near I Road around 7:45 Sunday morning.
When officers arrived, they found the vehicle on its side.
The male driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His name hasn’t been released.
Police say the man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was partially ejected.
