An August 15th preliminary hearing has been set in Brown County Court for a young Hiawatha man facing a felony theft charge.
22-year-old Jesse Ferris is accused of stealing a radiator from a Kenworth semi-truck belonging to the Union Pacific Railroad.
He was arrested last month following an investigation by the Hiawatha Police Department.
Bond in the case has been set at $5,000.
