37 year old Dustin Boardman of Elk Creek has been sentenced to a period of 7 – 10 years in prison on a Johnson County charge of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
Boardman was charged with engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14 year old female in October of last year.
In addition to the prison sentence Boardman will be required to register as a sex offender for 25 years.
