Happy hours are here again...in the state of Kansas that is, following approval, by the Kansas Legislature, to allow drink specials during specific hours.
Jeannine Koranda, spokeswoman for the Kansas Department of Revenue, says the legislation became law yesterday(Play Audio)
Happy Hours were, in the past, allowed in Kansas, but that changed in 1985, when the then Legislature changed the law.
Meanwhile, Koranda says another liquor related change is also now in affect(Play Audio)
There are no limits on the size, or number, of samples that a person can receive.
