The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced Buchanan County Route M will be closing at the Sugar Creek Bridge located approximately one-half mile south of Route 116 on Monday, June 25.
The bridge will be closed for six to eight weeks during construction.
Motorists will need to use alternate routes during this closure.
This project is being completed under the Missouri Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program which will replace or improve 13 bridges in Buchanan County.
