American Legion Juniors Border Battle This Weekend
The Falls City American Legion Juniors host the Nebraska / Kansas Juniors Board Battle this weekend.
Games begin Saturday morning and continue through Sunday evening.
Saturday games include Holton taking on Sabetha at 9 a-m followed by Doniphan County against Sabetha at 11:30 a-m. At 2 p-m Doniphan County will take on Holton.
The Nebraska teams play starting at 4:30 p-m when Tecumseh plays Auburn followed by Falls City against Tecumseh at 7 p-m. The nightcap will have Falls City against Auburn at approximately 9:30 p-m. This final game will be a continuation of the game postponed by rain Wednesday night with Falls City and Auburn tied at 2-2 in the third inning.
Sunday the action begins at 3:30 p-m with the 5th place game followed by the consolation game at 6 p-m and then the title game.
The Border Battle for Senior squads will be played later this month.
