As Kansas legislators plan to haggle in conference committees on a final budget, as there will be a lot of appropriations to determine.
State Representative Jerry Henry says they hope to have a budget by the end of the weekend.

The Cummings Democrat says the bill would then have to pass both chambers one more time.
He also says they will need to tackle the issue of re-districting within the next few days.
