The Pawnee County Commissioners met Tuesday.
The Board approved an interlocal agreement with the Southeast Area Drug Enforcement Task Force, which works in Pawnee, Richardson, Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe and Gage counties.
Bob Kinghorn with Southeast Nebraska Developmental Services in Auburn met with Commissioners to present his annual report. Dave Merrill with Region V Services presented the organizations annual report and noted the annual fee for Pawnee County will remain the same at $3,495.
C.J. Johnson with Region V Systems also presented his organizations annual report. He noted a slight increase in fees. A $60 increase for Mental Health to $4,092 and a $13 increase for Substance Abuse service to $736.
The Board gave favorable comment to the special liquor license application for ABATE at Riverside Park near DuBois.
The scrap tire grant agreement was signed and Commissioners reviewed a road department letter regarding roadside brush on 708 Road.
