Eugene Kimmi
A probation revocation hearing has been set for Eugene Kimmi, the ex-husband of murdered rural Horton resident Patricia Kimmi
During an appearance Thursday in Brown County Court, the hearing was set for May 7th.
Kimmi was arrested April 2nd on a Brown County warrant for violating a condition of his probation on a third-offense DUI conviction by allegedly testing positive for alcohol.
It was Kimmi’s second arrest for violating terms of his probation.
He’s currently free on $25,000 bond.
