The trial date has been set for a DuBois man charges with stealing thousands of dollars from his elderly uncle. A jury trial was scheduled for June 13th for Lewis Rakosnik during an arraignment Monday in Pawnee County District Court.
Rakosnik faces 33 counts of felony abuse of a vulnerable adult, along with two felony charges of attempted abuse of a vulnerable adult, and four misdemeanor charges of attempted felony abuse.
