A northeast Kansas resident is one million dollars richer, following their selection of winning Kansas Lottery numbers.
This is the first Match 5 game to carry that value under the game's new prize structure.
Prior to mid-January, a Powerball player matching all five white-balls numbers won
200-thousand-dollars.
The winner has not yet come forward to claim the prize and remains unidentified.
Last night's winning numbers were 1-24-33-49 and Powerball 6.
The Kansas Lottery will not immediately reveal the specific area of northeast Kansas, which includes much of the local listening area, where the ticket was purchased.
