Flags will be flown at half-staff across Kansas Saturday, following the order given by Governor Sam Brownback.

He died from injuries sustained on April 10th of last year from small arms fire in Afghanistan.
Jarboe was assigned to A Troop, 4th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division based in Fort Riley.
