A 29-year-old Sabetha man is facing several charges stemming from his arrest on Tuesday.
According to a press release from the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department, Donald V. Larson was taken into custody for criminal damage to property, assault, and assault on a law enforcement officer.
However, the full details of the alleged crimes committed, leading to the charges, are not yet specified, as Sabetha Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck has been unavailable to comment.
Larson was released from custody Tuesday on a one-thousand-dollar surety bond.
His court date is set for April 19th.
