A Goff woman escaped serious injury early this ( Thursday ) morning in a single-vehicle accident on a Nemaha County road, just south of Seneca.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 52-year-old Joyce Boeckman was traveling north on J Road in dense fog and failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The Patrol did not provide additional details in their accident report.
The patrol says Boeckman, who was driving a van, was taken to the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital in Seneca with possible injuries.
The accident was reported shortly before 6 o’clock this ( Thursday ) morning.
The Patrol says Boeckman was wearing a seat belt.
