A 34 year old Saint Joseph man is out on bond after being arrested on charges related to an alleged rash of car burglaries last fall in Atchison.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the events that led to the discovery of Scott Parker.

Wilson says they plan to submit evidence to the County Attorney’s office that Parker was allegedly tied to other burglaries that evening.

Parker was able to post a 10 thousand dollar bond six hours after his booking.
Wilson says Bonar is being held Buchanan County Jail on charges in Missouri, awaiting extradition when those cases are concluded.
