Two 18-year-old Sabetha teens will stand trial on multiple charges stemming from a physical altercation last December that sent a Sabetha resident to the hospital.
Gunner Werner and Dalton Fletcher waived their preliminary hearings Wednesday and were bound over to Nemaha County District Court for arraignment on March 29th.
Werner is charged with four felonies---aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary and aggravated intimidation of a witness.
Fletcher is charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated battery and aggravated burglary along with a misdemeanor count of theft.
The pair are accused of entering the home of Ryan Lemon’s on December 9th without his consent, where they allegedly attacked him.
Lemons was transported to the Sabetha Community Hospital with injuries to his face and head.
Police say Lemon’s cell phone was stolen at the time of the incident, inhibiting his ability to contact help.
Fletcher's bond was modified Wednesday and he was released on a $10,000 OR bond. His bond had been set at $100,000. Werner remains in the Nemaha County Jail.
