A 59 year old Atchison man is in custody on a felony aggravated battery charge.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the arrest of Maurice Jackson.

Wilson says Holliman was treated for wounds to the chest and nose.
Bond for Jackson was set today (Monday) in Atchison County Court at 20 thousand dollars.
He will make his next appearance in court on February 24th.
