In a light meeting of the USD 409 school board they heard a quarterly report from Terri Ball of the Highland Community College Technical Center.
USD 409 serves as an advisory board to the tech center.

The board also continued the potential bond proposal discussion with Matt Calico from Springsted.
He presented graphs of debt models that would have a zero mill increase.
