A single-vehicle accident in Jefferson County early this ( Monday ) morning claimed the life of an Oskaloosa man.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Marty Warriner was traveling south on U.S. 59 about three miles south of Oskaloosa when for an unknown reason his pickup truck left the roadway to the west. The Patrol says he was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident was reported around 12:15 this ( Monday ) morning.
