(KLZA)-- 21-year old Cody J. Naber of Omaha was sentenced to four years probation by Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel Bryan Tuesday.
Naber was sentenced on a felony charge of attempted burglary. The charge related to a July, 2012 burglary of a Humboldt residence in which firearms and ammunition were stolen.
As part of the probation Naber is to obtain a General Education Certificate and pay fees totaling $1,740.
