(KAIR) -- A 36-year-old Atchison man will serve up to 24 months in prison on multiple charges.
Gabriel Walls was sentenced Friday in Atchison County District Court to 10 months in prison for felony theft.
Walls was also given concurrent sentences for charges of misdemeanor theft and felony conspiracy to commit theft.
In addition, he had his probation revoked from a previous conviction Friday and ordered to serve out his 14 month sentence in that case.
Walls was arrested in late December by Atchison police for conspiring and then taking a generator worth over a thousand dollars from a residence in Potter.
He was also convicted of taking a lawnmower from his mother’s Atchison residence in a similar time period.
Walls will be on one year supervised probation upon his release.
