(KNZA)--The Doniphan County Fair is in full swing this week, with the year long efforts of local 4-H members being recognized and awarded.

The two 4-H members also worked together to design a unique scarecrow, now entered among their other exhibits(Play Audio)
An annual highlight of the fair, crowning of the 4-H prince and princess, took place Monday evening.
Crowned as prince was Jacob Smith, a 6-year member of the Sunflower 4-H club in Wathena.
Crowned as princess was Bailey Lackey, a 7-year member of the Highland Clover Patch Club.
The Doniphan County Fair runs through Friday on the fairgrounds in Troy.
