Staff Added to Nebraska Men's Basketball Staff
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Nebraska coach Tim Miles has hired Craig
Smith as an assistant coach and Gregory Eaton as video coordinator.
Smith spent the past five seasons with Miles at Colorado State.
He had been interim coach at CSU from March 24th, when Miles left
for Nebraska, until April 13, when the Rams hired Larry Eustachy as
Miles' replacement.
Smith also worked with Miles at Mayville State in North Dakota
and North Dakota State. At CSU, Smith shared scouting and
recruiting responsibilities and coached the Rams' frontcourt
players.
Eaton had been Miles' video coordinator in 2011 and 2012. He
handled tape exchanges, breaking down video, recording practices
and games and coordinating the team's video library. He previously
was a graduate assistant and the assistant video coordinator at
Arkansas.
