He was born December 29, 1933 in rural Mayetta, KS the son of George Edwin and Dorothy Edith Starkey Millenbruch.Paul attended Carbon and Miller country schools.He had lived in Mayetta since 1971 and had moved to Hoyt in 2013. He was a carpenter for over 35 years, working for Local 1445.
