(KAIR) -- As of 1:00 Sunday afternoon, all lanes of eastbound and westbound K-92 over the Centennial Bridge were re-opened early to unrestricted traffic.
There is still some repair work yet to complete on the bridge, but that will take place this week.
Through Monday, October 15, traffic over the K-92 Centennial bridge will be reduced to one lane for street lighting and expansion joint repair work.
Traffic will be directed over the bridge through the project work zone via a flagging operation.
Work will take place Monday through Saturday, with the majority of work taking place during non-peak morning and evening commute timeframes.
The K-92 Centennial Bridge full closure scheduled for the upcoming weekend of September 21-24 has been cancelled.
All needed repair work was completed during this weekend’s bridge closure.
