He was born Feb. 17, 1952, in Holton, the son of Roy and Mildred Duffy Alley. He graduated from Holton High School in 1970.
Mr. Alley was a truck driver and cattle trader.
Survivors include a daughter, Reva Alley; a stepson, Ryan Alley; and many cousins.
