JOB OPENINGS! The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking applications for full-time Correction Officers and Dispathers. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age and able to work both day and night 12-hour shifts including holidays. The shifts include a 3-day weekend every other weekend.

Applicants must also have a high school diploma or G.E.D and a valid driver's license. Applicants must be able to pass a thorough background check with no felony or domestic convictions, drug-related offense or serious misdemeanors.

We offer competitive pay and benefit package. Starting pay is $19.50/hr without previous experience.
