Beverley June Brucken, 69, of Hoyt, KS, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, KS. She was born March 7, 1956 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Paul Devere and Arlene Nellie (Bickford) Nott.

Beverley graduated from Jackson Heights High School in 1974 and later earned her Certified Nurse's Aide and Home Health Aide Certificate. She worked as a CNA and Home Health Aide for Onaga Community Home Health, Ann's Home Health and Holton Community Hospital Home Health.

She attended Hoyt United Methodist Church and was a member of the 1 to 3 Club at the church.

Beverley married Patrick Edward "Pat" Brucken on September 6, 1974 in Holton, KS. He preceded her in death on December 1, 2020 after 45 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Arlene Nott; 2 sisters, Lavona Yates and Patricia Nott and 2 brothers, Gary and Leslie Nott.

Survivors include her 4 children, Trishelle A. Alexander (Jeremy) of Hoyt, KS, Matthew A. Brucken (Megan) of Sabetha, KS, Joe E. Brucken (Keri) of Circleville, KS and Chad P. Brucken (Kayla) of Topeka, KS; 3 sisters, Shirley Pool (Nick) of Holton, KS, Linda Smith (Mitch) of Overland Park, KS, and Carol Alejandro (Joe) of Topeka, KS; 2 brothers, Donald Nott (Linda) of Topeka, KS and Gregory Nott (Kathy) of Wichita, KS; 18 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 13, 2025 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton, KS. A Private Family Inurnment will take place at Olive Hill Cemetery.
