Wanda Joan (Rhodes) Madsen, 98, went to be with our Lord peacefully on June 6, 2025.

She one of thirteen children born to Harry and Lillie Hegle Rhodes, on October 26, 1926 in the family home near Durham, Kansas.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers, and three sisters.

She is survived by a sister Geneva Brouhard of Andover, Kansas, a daughter Becky Workman of Lyons, Kansas; four sons: Kirby (Kathy) Rector of Hillsboro, Kansas, Kelly (Jackie) Rector of Lawrence, Kansas; Gene Lovelady and Jim Lovelady, both of Hiawatha, Kansas.

God blessed Wanda with seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services are pending at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, Hiawatha.
